Those planes look the goods, but I think that the lack of ability to create custom radii to suit the job in hand would disuade me from buying. That and the $80US of course .

I say "think" because a plane built to the exact radius of the curve needed should be a lot easier to control than this one which of necessity has a changing radius on the sole.
