Default dust extraction mod to power saw

Hi all, In general I don't use the power saw that much but it is handy to break down large sheets which I did some of today, but before I started cutting I added a dust outlet to the cover of the saw to which I now hook up the new cyclone/vac to, much better dust control now
I took a few pics of the outlet,

With some annealing and hammering I formed a flange on a short piece of 38mm copper tube, I held the tube in a block of wood held in the vise,

The original cover, with the outlet riveted in place, inside of the cover and with the hose hooked up

I did have a moment when I made my first cut and saw the blade guard lever come up and then foul on my new outlet but I just bent the lever down and out a bit so as to clear the new bit ,I III I new it was gonna do that!!

Much less dust, made the job to do that much better

    Pete
