Festool BS 75 info
I have the need to sand long pieces or sometimes panels for things I’m working on, it has made me to consider a drum sander to help with those tasks you don’t want to run back through the thicknesser.
But with floor space a premium for me currently the large units aren’t really possible and the price for the Laguna drum sanders out there that would fit within my floor space are really expensive. It’s got me looking into the festool BS 75.
I wanted to hear from someone that’s had experience with the flat guide that comes with it and whether it helps achieve decent results when sanding panels or longer length material?
It seems to tick a couple boxes with how it can flip upside down clamped to a bench also for some box work.
Cheers
Nathan
