GMC - Great service!
Hi guys
I thought that I would let everybody know that recently I had a GMC product (a RHD1500 hammer drill) fail and that after a phone call to the GMC Customer Support line and new unit was couriered out to me within 5 days!
Even though I did not have the original receipt, all I needed to do was fax a copy of the Visa card statement that I used to purchase the failed unit...
Just thought that I would provide some praise where praise is due.
Regards
Greg

Wow,
Just imagine if a few of those storemen moved into R and D. Would save you time by not having to return it in the first place.

Hi Lateral,
I'm thinking of buying an RHD1500 as I need a drill and also need to get some mortar off the bathroom floor. How did you find the no rotation setting? Do you think it would be up to the job?
Thanks,
Phil.
