Just a little more on GMC's cancellation of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I was talking with someone at the help desk of one of the local Bunnings stores, and she told me that, not only were people using the guarantee as a "weekend hire", but people who had bought the repaired ones at auction were trying to return them! She told me that they couldn't accept them without a docket, but the situation set up a lot of confrontations at the service desk.

People. Fair dinkum. I'm no saint, but to all of those who do that stuff: get a job and pay.
