Makita LS1040 Auxiliary plate
Have just started using my new Makita LS1040, and according to the instructions I have to attach the auxiliary plate to the rear of the base.
Now maybe I'm missing something, but I can't see what this plate/bracket does.
Can someone please enlighten me.
