Makita biscuit joiners
Hey can someone give me the low down on the Makita pj 7000 and 3901 biscuit joiners. The pj7000 has a higher wattage and sells for around $200 and the 3901 sells for closer to $500. What do you get for the extra money? Is it just to do with fence rigidity and reliability or am I missing something?

I think the newer model would be made in China vs the older model made in Japan.

Reckon it's worth the extra dough? The Japanese made stuff has always had the reputation for quality.
