Default Who make Millers Falls tool nowaday ?

According to this website A Millers Falls Home Page
Millers Falls was a high quality tool manufacturer.
However I have been noticing many cheap Millers Falls tools in eBay, e.g.
55016 - MILLERS FALLS PT4370 JACK HAMMER - eBay, Industrial Tools, Parts, Construction, Business, Industrial. (end time 09-Oct-09 19:00:26 AEDST)

CORDLESS SCREWDRIVER AUTO FEED COLLATED- PLASTER DRILL - eBay, Generators, Tools, Home. (end time 12-Oct-09 23:39:07 AEDST)

There seems to be no official Millers Falls website as far as Googling. What is the position of this company nowaday ? I'm sure Gerhard definitely can write many pages of replies

Millers Falls in their day did manufacture some great power tools and machinery.

Then came along the asian revolution that put them out of the market.

Now you keep seeing the name pop up on imported goods from china.

Save yourself the headache & stayaway from them, your better off sticking with the brands that have spares, warranty & are going to still be around in years to come like black & decker, ryobi or even better if you can afford it stick with the industrial brands

Millers Falls is nearly a 200 year old tool making company with lifetime warranty on their hand tools such as rachet spanners (a complicated item). As well as the best price I've ever seen for brand new sets.

Look around mate there's awesome cheap tools with lifetime guarantees out there. Especially when Black and decker and ryobi are B grade products at best

More likely a paid shill or a bot.

Trolls are just posting to get a rise out of people, shills are there to rep a product with comments that looks genuine and organic.

I have had a Chinese Millers Falls 30 ton log splitter for about 7 years and probably split somewhere in the order of 200 metres of wood with it. The foot broke so I welded on an extra bit of plate and I've put it on an old trailer axle as the little tyres kept going flat. Mechanically it has been as good as gold and if it broke tomorrow I would have had my $1200 worth twice over. I'm not a troll or a shill or whatever, I live in country Victoria and burn a lot of wood and sell a bit to neighbours if I get a good tree come down. Chinese or not it's an absolute ripper!
