Default Nail Gun For skirting boards

    Howdy,

I'm about to travel from Queensland down to Mexico to give my brother a hand installing some MDF skirting....

My question is what is the most suitable nailing gun for this application...

    I have a C Bradder - 18 Guage, and a Framing Gun

I'm assuming the latter is not suitable, but what about the former???

    What would people recommend?

I used a bradder on mine at home and it worked out really well.

Good old Senco 50 if you have air, Paslode if you dont. I have both & have no real trouble with either. The more you use the Paslode the better, the gas cartridge has a short shelf life. Good luck, Bill

    Default nail guns

You could always nail them in by hand. i did here mind you my back was a bit sore after it. I have a nail gun now but I got a lot of practice using my trusty nail bag and plumb hammer. I don't miss to many nails now after doing it.

sdtandard stud adgesive works well too, no need to fill the nail holes in, just place a blob every 500mm push it up against the wall. any gaps fill in with gap sealer and paint.
