Ryobi new biscuit jointer
I popped into bunnings and noticed that ryobi had a new bj. It has a similar rack and pinion fence like the gmc. It looked far better than the old ryobi. The best part was its price, $86
Anyone tried one of these? Is it similar to the gmc which has had favourable reports on this forum?

I have one of the previous models and I am pretty happy with it.
Ryobi have two models a small one an a larger one I have the larger one and I think I paid about $129.00 for it.

I've got the older model too (EPJ800). Not the most feature rich around but it does the job fine for me. I'd imagine the new one would be better. I've seen a picture of it. The depth fence is a new addition of course, slightly higher power motor and the "slimline" design could be ok. As long as the dust collection port is a little larger than the one on the GMC, I'd imagine it would work quite well. Price seems good to. If you grab one, let us all know how it goes.
How much wood could the woodchuck chuck if the woodchuck could chuck wood?
