Seven letter "F" word
Yes, that 7 letter "F" word comes up all the time in sanding. They have been around too long to not know how to do it correctly. Overpriced here in oz? Probably... but turn one of those Rotexs loose on a big sanding job and you'll be impressed; I was and wish I had a shed full of them. In reality though, commercial, not necessarily idyllic, decisions need to be made.

I bought the Metabo SXE 450 turbo sande from the Canberra show.
I ended up getting it for $335 with 30 sanding discs and a ratchet set as a sweetner.

I also bought the Metabo 450 SXE TurboTec and it's fantastic, hook it up to dust ex and there is virtually no particulate in the air.

Got mine for $345 at the Canberra WW Show with 30 bonus discs (missed out on the ratchets) but I'm still very happy with it.
<O</OI have used a festool 150 before and they are awesome (slightly lighter than the metabo) but the cost on one of those is ridiculous for anything other than commercial use (unless your loaded !)
