scroll saws
In preparation for the purchase of a scroll saw I'd like to read a review of those recently manufactured and have found none but for those advertised by manufacturers. Do you know of any reviews or have helful advice.

Welcome aboard Phil !
Best thing would be to do some homework re: your price range and what saws are currently in the shops within that range.
Then do a google search for saw model & review, eg. Delta p-20 review, & see what you find.
Most sites such as this that have a scrollsaw forum have had this question asked a heap of times, go back through the archives of this one & also justwoodworker.com & canadian home workshop - a couple of scrolling forums that spring to mind. Plenty of info out there if you go looking.
Search scrollsaw & forum will yield more forums out there, no doubt.
Very loose question otherwise.
Good luck..............cheers................Sean

www.mikesworkshop.com has a lot of useful links and some of these offer reviews.
Just buy an Excalibur though, only about $3K:eek:Stupidity kills. Absolute stupidity kills absolutely.
