Best place to sell a tool...
Does anyone have any suggestions on the best place to sell a tool? I have an old 12" Yates/American jointer in Boulder County, CO that I need to move on to a deserving and happy home.
I don't really want to list it in the paper, and don't really know the etiquite of listing it directly here.
Any suggestions?
Dave

This is an Aussie forum so they would know where the best place in Aus is but probably not in North America.

Dave you could try e-bay or just put it in your local paper shop. Something like that would kill you on the shipping costs. If I lived closer I would give it a look.

Newsgroups are useful for selling stuff, particularly in the USA.

Sorry fourkids, but I doubt we will be of any use. We've been trying to sell Al for ages, just can't get any takers.
Down Al, down. I put three big grins to prove I was joking.Boring signature time again!
