Yeah, that could have come in handy several times. I hate sanding internal shapes with a raging passion!

These were once available commercially a decade or 2 ago from Scintilla (Robert Bosch) among others, including flat & profiled metal files & toothed rasps. Still, a convenient quick fix to ease mortices etc.

He is a strange man, also has crazy ways to make tools, maybe not always the safest but still...
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

Will the motion of the blade - which is not vertical but has a rotation added - not round off the edges it sands?
I like the idea, but am not confident of the results.

It would depend on the type and quality of the jig saw. It would be worth trying, only cost 1 blade and some araldite

Better quality jiggies usually have a switchable orbital/scrolling action.
