Spiral saw.
What do you want to use it for?
Many years ago there was a tool called a "Trader Horn" bit saw. It looked a little like a rat tail file with the end sharpened like a cobra bit.You could bore them into a board or whatever and then file out the hole. They could not be beaten forming keyholes. I have not seen one for years.

G'day Rowley, sorry for the late reply, haven't been near a PC for a while, have had heaps happening.
Now, what I want to use it for is to cut arc shaped supports/cross bearers for outdoor chairs then staple the slats back on. The supports/crossbearers are 20 ml thick.
I am trying to repair my sisters chairs, weather got to them, not worth throwing.
I have already cut 4 using a router with a thin long bit, smoked like crazy, and made a hell of a racket.
Why are these tools in America but not here. Crazy. There has to be a reason.

I was going to mention the Aldi Taurus one. Was going to buy one but for once couldn't think of what I'd use it for
What are the best/handiest things about a spiral saw?.

The tool I am thinking of would would not handle the thickness you are ueing. could you use a template and a following cutter in the router.
