Stihl 056 flywheel
Hi all,
my 056 ignition coil packed it in, so I bought a new one, the only one still being made to suit this saw is the SEM ignition module (the old one was the Bosch).
Anyway to cut a long story short, I need the later type flywheel to make it all work again, Part # 1115 400 1208 . Stihl have stopped manufacturing this part, so I need to find a secondhand one.
Can anyone recomend a chainsaw wrecker that I could try and source one from. I have tried the local ones around here with no luck.
Thanks.

I've got a few 056, later model Magnum, and at least two boxes of bits so will check it out tomorrow, if I've got what you want you can have it for the postage, long retired from cutting posts. Phil.

Hi Phil,
If you have a spare, that would be great. I,m sure we'll work something out for a trade.
The one I am after is the all aluminium one with the fan blades cast onto the outside, and it has only one magnet.
Thanks IW

Just to update my progress.
All Phil's spares were the older Bosch type unfortunately, so I kept looking, found one on Ebay last night in USA. Got it for 26.99US$, so I'm pretty happy with that.
Just have to wait for it to arrive.
