Triton's excellent warranty service
Thanks Gordon for helping me sort out the problem I was having with my new router.
I can't say enough about how the Triton people bent over backwards to make sure the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They weren't happy until I was thorougly satisfied with my new triton 1400 router. Triton tools have a very high reputation for quality and now I can see why.
Sounds like a plug? well it is and I can see why people get hooked on an orange colour scheme in the shed.
BTW I dont work for or represent Triton, I am just another happy tritoneerray c
dunno what's more fun, buyin' the tools or usin' em'

A convergance of tolerances is what gordon called it. Router diameter a bit under, the 1/4" collet insert ID a little over size. He replaced the insert with a new one.
