Default Upgrading blade on Ryobi SCMS

I have a 10 inch Ryobi SCMS and am going to upgrade the blade for finer, more accurate work. I have used it for rough crosscutting mainly but would like to attempt making mitred edges for small boxes. Went into Bunnies and they sell both 60 teeth and 80 teeth blades but the price differential b/w them is about $50. Is it worth spending the extra money for the 80 tooth blade or won't it make much difference on a Ryobi? Mine is at least 5 years old and I remember they sold like hotcakes so there should be a few out there and just wondering if people have generally been happy with these machines.

IMHO a sixty teeth is fine enough for timber, I'd only splash out for an eighty teeth if you're going to be cutting Melamine/Laminates etc.

I agree with Acco. On your beast, you may end up with more cuts off true. (Blade swaying during cut).
