Roll the cord up from the tool end with the plug loose and able to spin as you roll it up. After you get it right the first time it will set and always roll up nice.

If the cord twists are already set in place and won't come out, suspend the clippers vertically by the plug end and leave the clippers free to spin and gently warm the cord. Usually hanging the cord in hot sun is enough but if this still does not work carefully/gently apply a hot air gun set on its lowest heat setting and run a gloved hand up and down the cord to work out the twists.

Then form then on do what Bohdan says.

Nice trick as I use heat gun a lot when I prepare fibre optic cables for splicing at work
