Default World domination through power Tools maybe ?

So today I just happened to be in everyone’s favourite green shed an I just happened to be in the toolshop and I noticed Makita Ryobi Dewalt and someone else I think as well all restocking the power Tool displays.
Out with the old in with new Tools new display(Box hill Bunnings).

Looks a bit interesting too me.

Now I’m not one to delve into conspiracy theories and stuff, but that’s a bit weird isn’t it ? all them restocking the shelves all on the same day!.

I might have to get some extra Tinfoil in I reckon.

Nothing sinister or tinfoil, when Bunnings stores do departmental or bay relays it is usually done on a specified date with all the Company Representatives expected to attend, particularly those that have “bay ownership”
I know this from many years of experience dealing with Bunnings.

    Hi Potts.
I stop making my Tin foil hat then [emoji851], thanks for filling me in, i really have know idea on how the retail market works.

I have to pop back in there tomorrow, so will be interesting to see what’s changed, especially considering the supply chain issues.

    Cheers Matt.

are you telling me that bunnings only want to close down one isle or two for a short amount of time and the most efficient way to do that is to have everyone do their jobs at once???

No conspiracy. When you have a monopoly you can dictate ...... almost everything, including when reps will attend a store.

    I didn’t say it was efficient! 😂

What needs to be taken into account is the volume of stores this needs to be done in across a state and the resources that suppliers have to effectively do the work. Bunnings in NSW over 100 stores, average power tool company in NSW number of reps maybe 6, there’s 15 days work just there. Reps may be competitors but they soon learn to work together to get things done.
