Once again. we agree on an issue Bob. I somehow got two of them and they's both rubbish. Just plain impossible to get a 90 degree cut. Even with brand new blades made of reinforced Kryptonite they still go where they choose.

Not a power tool but the worst tool I bought was my first tool. A modern Stanley No. 4. That thing never took a shaving, on anything, I lapped, I honed, I sharpened, I got the chip breaker flush, I paid $80, I hated it so much, I dumped it in my friends fathers shed. A total piece of s|-|it.

    The usual suspects
    1. Ozito belt sander. I went down to Bunnies (closest to me) and was intent in purchasing a makita belt sander, the gentleman behind the tool counter talked me out of it and into a cheaper Ozito as it was " the same as the Hitachi just grey - they all come out of the same factory mate!" As it had a return warranty I took a chance. Bugger of a thing, the platen wasn't flat and after 30 minutes the "locking button" to keep it running would not unlock. When I went to plug it in next time it shot across the bench. I took it back to Bunnies, got a cash refund and drove into the city to Trade tools and bought a Makita belt sander, refusing to purchase from Bunnings on the principle they wasted my time.
    2. Ozito electric stapler. The first one died after 2 days of upholstery and the second one would eject the catridge if I fired off more than 2 staples.
    3. GMC - Tyrannosaur - What was I thinking. I bought it for my wife so she had a power assisted saw to help when she was pruning. Damn thing shakes the ????? out of you.
