Default XU1 - Website?? Is there one?

    Hi,
Anyone know of a web address for XU1 power tools please?
    Tried Google, no luck.
    Thanks,

I thought XU1 was just Bunnings own brand. I'd be surprised if they had a web site.

    Um..... why?
Any thing with sharp teeth eats meat.
    Most powertools have sharp teeth.
    People are made of meat.
Abrasives can be just as dangerous as a blade.....and 10 times more painfull.

I was going to post a reply which cast aspersions on the intelligence of the puchasers of said equipment, however in deference to the sensibilities of others, I will desist. ( and put the dictionary away!)

Just carry on and desist mate. You've no idea why I asked. Your 'grey matter must have gone long ago.
If you can't do better, and you obviuosly can't then, again, desist!!
An appropriate login name you've got! (graemet)

hawkinob, I hate to get involved in petty squabbling, especially before it really starts; but I believe that graemet was possibly being being a little tongue in cheek with his suggestion.

On another note may I just congratulate you on the Shakespearean quality of your second sentence and feel it could be well recited by a man in tights:

    "If you can't do better,

    and you obviuosly can't then,

    again,

    desist!!"

    (fade lights, wait for applause)

    hawkinob,
the post was not intended to be a personal attack on you but as you have chosen to take it that way, I apologise for any offence.
However, I saw the XU1 items on display and thought to myself, "how do they do it for the price?" A quick examination showed me how!

I bought a 9" XU1 grinder. $29.00 and it came with the most intelligent manual I've ever read, spare brushes, and is still going after three years. The button that locks the spindle died, as did the variable speed dial, but the machine keeps on plugging away, and I give it heaps.

XU-1 is an Ozito brand that is done for Bunnings only. Try the Ozito website for details.
