Baz's Barra
Caught my first Barra a couple of weeks ago up in Maroochy 1.75 Kg 54cm (OK it was in a recreational fishing park). Cooked on the BBQ, absolutley beautiful.
If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck and looks like a duck then it's a friggin duck.

The stuff people dump..
And in a recreational fishing park too.
I always leave my old barras on site for someone to take and use.

Mick, it was caught in a privately stocked fishing park so I guess legal limit doesn't apply, if it had been 55cm I would have had to put it back, I think they let them grow for the "big boy's pond".
