Georges River Sydney
I was out with a friend on his boat on the 5th of May. The original plan was to hit Botany Bay and then pickup another friend just before lunch to fish the Georges River.
The wind was not the best and the swell was about 1 meter so we ended up in Georges early. We were catching quite a few but only two keepers.
We picked up the friend at 10:30ish and moved deeper into Georges River. The wind was pretty strong by this time, and we were only catching smaller fish. We moved further into Georges behind one of the cliffs so that we could have a quiet lunch. Beautiful lunch.
After lunch we returned to the original spot and the wind had died down and the current had turned. Again the smaller fish kept hitting our lines. We managed to take another two more keepers.
It was a good day on the water.

Photos on friends smart phone.
We caught three bream and one trevally. On this rare occasion I took the trevally home and it has been processed and uneatable parts have been disposed.
