Large Skink
Went fishing with my Son to Coroboree a couple of weeks ago landed a small Saratoga and an even smaller cat fish , no Barra unfortunately .
While trolling the big billabong we came across this lizard sun bathing .
We weren't alone in the fish stakes either for that day , since I had a report that it fired up this last week and barra are getting pulled out of there hand over fist .Just my luck
anyway here's a pic I got of the lizard.
We saw quite a few that day , mostly in the water , they are just part of fishing here in the NT.
Swimming is not one of my favourite pastimes.

Hey Kev,
Looks like that 'Lazard' has had a few fish of his own judging by the Fat Guts that he has.

speeking of that billabong, didn't I hear that some lunatic was wave boarding in there not so long back?
I went there about 12 years ago and had no luck in the fish stakes, but saw countless crocs. It looks as if that one needs to digest a rather large meal.
