Cascade Premium Style
Just sitting down and enjoying the second bottle (long neck of course) of a Cascade Premium style home brew ..... felt so impressed I thought I might post it here.
Kit: Blackrock dry larger + Brewcraft brew kit #60.
500g light malt extract
Saflager yeast S-23
Brew temp between 5-15deg.
Bottled 29/07/07 - drinking 11/04/08 ...... loverly

Thanks for the recipe, I don't have this one so I will have to add it to the list. I made a James Squre amber ale cloan a little while back and its another that I will be doing again.
