guiness or stout
I am going to have a go at home brewing and like a drop of guiness
i heard that guiness is hard to make so what is a good brand of home brew to do a stout similer to guiness also i have heard of people using liqorice in stout as a gas maker when you bottle and cap?
can i have some opinions please on good brewing brands to try

Go to Marks Home Brew in Mayfield. He is a genuine guru on stouts, barley wines etc , all the "big" beers.
