    Rackers??
It's hard to tell from the photos but I measure the raker angles as follows - they look pretty stock to me
The leftmost and middle ones are too high while the right hand one is marginal.
There also does not appear to be enough hook on the leftmost cutter - that one will really be making dust.

    First attempt at CSM-jamesrakers-jpg

The minimum raker angle I would go for with an 066 in that size log is 6.5º so they need to be dropped by nearly another 50%
This means the raker depth should be about 1/9th of the gullet width.

if this sounds too drastic, then try the following.
just take off 3 swipes off each raker and see how it goes.
If it still makes dust then take 3 more, and keep doing that till you make chips.
Then go a bit further but only 2 swipes at a time , until the chain starts to really vibrate or slow down. Then STOP and measure the raker gap and gullet - the ratio of the two is the optimum for that saw. Don't be surprised if you have to go a long way to get it to do this.

However, it's not advisable to run the saw with very low rakers as the vibe becomes very significant and it will knock hell out of your chain drive links, and bar and sprockets.
If you need to ease the raker angle a bit file some off the cutter.

how long to let idle after a 5ft cut??
    about a minute.

Busy afternoon milling with thanks to bobL
This is some tuart that was pruned around the corner and I got them to leave 6 bits for me, this is just test runs to get the chain right before hitting the big log.
The Chain is a big work in process trying to the races angle to >6.5° for that log and it started a A3EP gradually becoming a ripping chain
These short bits had a branch out the side just off TDC as the last pic, I cut with it there hoping to minimise the cracking that was already in the log
