Ahhh. that brought back memories of my uncle's portabel sawmill in the Central West of NSW. Always cold and wet in the bush, in the middle of nowhere. A 3' blade driven by the drive shaft that was dropped out of the Hudson Super 6 after it was driven into position, and a long stick and a piece of wire connected to the carby to control the speed. Lots of fence posts were made
