I was thinking boxes, bowls, platters and pepper grinders (assuming big/thick enough), but of course no doubt pens from the left-overs

The crotch fiddle back area I'd be looking at for veneers assuming tallowood is suitable, the boaties look for grown knees, probably not in tallowood tho
all sorts of uses depending on who's hands it ends up in
