Thread: Elm wanted

Hi there

I have about a cube or so of 1" elm boards, milled in 2009. They are of the elm variety that you see as street trees, say in Melbourne or Bendigo. The timber is chocolate brown in color, like blackwood but darker. They came from some very old large street trees, hence there is a good selection of wide boards. I received word yesterday that a deal has been brokered: David is sending me a cheque and I have to drop the elm back to 's place.
