I was going to mill some red iron bark for fence posts, I was thinking of 100x100 but then thought 90x90 are probably stronger than round treated pine posts. Any ones helpful comments would be great.

Yes, your iron bark would be stronger than treated pine, particularly after a few years, as the treated pine becomes brittle as it ages.

a 75mm square would be stronger than a 100mm pine round. but it depends what you are tying to keep in.
