    Default Help needed milling

O.K folks...who wants some world class Camphor Laurel 'Stump' wood in exchange for some chainsaw work docking the stump and rootball
Base of 'Stump' has been meticulously cleaned of dirt and debris so ready to go!
    Need to mill a.s.a.p.!!
The few pieces milled thus far give an indication of just how special this old fellow will mill up
All 3 of my chainsaws are stuffed and my back is no different...so yep, need a hand with this fellow
Timber doesn't get much prettier than Camphor Laurel 'Stump' folks
    Anyone keen?...MM

    Chris

If you have not got somebody to help with this in the next two or three weeks I would be able to help out. I just won't be available until 17 January.

    Regards
    Paul

Appreciate the offer Paul...would like to sort milling this week though due to time restraints
It would be a shame if left as a lot of lovely timber inside...MM

Lucas is here Neil...needed a hand sectioning the root ball and bole
Window to get it done now over, so this log will sit here and rot no doubt which is a pity
I saw an enormous amount of potential in this stump and can't understand why there is little interest
Maybe I see stuff that others can't!...MM

    Hors
I have sent you a p.m regarding the breakdown and milling of the 'Stump'
Would still like to get stuck into it but really has to be done NOW.
Time is of the essence to get this job done...MM

Prefer a 4am start to beat the heat but not sure the neighbours would be happy!

Thank you for the hand this morning goodwoody
Managed to mill one of the 'chunks' and it produced a killer slab plus a number of intensely figured turning blanks and some tasty butterfly matching boards...MM
