I think that bloke is a "professional" hillbilly. I have seen him use a cordless drill to achieve "electric" windows in a car. I quite like the little inuendos too.

I seen this and some of his other stuff before. I don't know what it is about him but that guy gives me the creeps. It's only marginally funny because in some ways is is too close to the north american bone. There really are people like that - lots of them and what's worse they think they rule the earth, and even worse still some of them do
