Default Inverted milling with a Logosol M5

Here we go with the test run .
This small birch log was dropped partly onto this rather decrepit footbridge by the tree feller .
We figured that slicing it up in place was a better bet than risking damage to the bridge when moving it along to the path .
    It worked out well .

No bending and stooping here , standing in the creek made the job a breeze

Sorry about the focus , the camera has a mind of it's own sometimes

Just spent a fair amount of time on the Logosl website - looks like a decent setup for price and an interesting way of slicing up a log there Jock
I love my Lucas!! ...just ask me!

Yeah , its' a niffty way to do it eh Allan

My cobber and I have a few large macrocarpas to turn into landscaping sleepers , for a historic garden estate .
They average around a 1M dia , so we will have a bit of fun there.
The log can be squared up on three sides by laying the mill up against the log too , and then slicing it .

To make life a bit easier , we made a start on the smaller and more easily accessible ones
