    Any ideas on how long it needs to stabilize? I know it's around a year per inch of thickness for green sawn stuff but this has been down for around 30yrs?

    I'd give it at least a summer to settle.

    In terms of levelling there is a West Aussie member who does this
    or you could try Derek the Timber Bloke in Naval Base.
