Sorry Mate didnt realize your so far away! (Im in Adelaide)
Im fairly new to woodworking and would love to see how timber milling works!
Looks like you have a awesome property! We do a fair bit of 4x4ing at robe, Next time im down there i might have to take another couple of days off and give you a hand!

So the other log has arrived. That is; the liquid amber. Wach-a-recon fellas? Normally I wouldn't bother with something like Liquid Amber. I'm not a fan of Blonde. This; being of a good age and size I thought it might have something of interest so here it is.

Anyone like to give me an idea if it's any interest to any and what to cut out of it.
Oh I cut some turning blanks out of some of the forks. with a little splash of the dark brown.Tim. A man of measurable mess.
