I've got a slabber attachment for my mill, can cut up to 1500mm.
I'm about 2.5hrs away but will travel with ute & trailer or Crane truck, have done work near Ballarat as per here and here.
But wouldn't be able to fit you in till mid/late January next year if I had to travel to you or alternatively if you bought the logs to me here at Warburton, I could probably fit you in before Christmas.Cheers

Hey Krunchie, I have the slabbing attachment. When I charge slabbing it is from the time I'm set-up. I don't charge set-up time or breakdown time - I figure that is what I need to do to do my job. I do charge time chain sharpening on site, as the chain stays sharp on the shelf at home. I don't charge to sharpen it before going out for the day.
I figure I'm serious about slabbing even though I don't have a dedicated slabber - that means hauling a trailer with me to every job so I can carry the two powerheads/carriages
Oh Krunchie btw, how did those double cut boards from the Peterson look? Must have missed the pics, been off for a while...I love my Lucas!! ...just ask me!
Allan.
