Mate, I had to take a bloody day job for a little while (milling is picking up better than ever! ) and house progress has all but stalled. Also the minister of home affairs seems to have gotten bored, so pics are getting a bit thin.
Will endeavour to have some up soon, showing our front retaining wall and part of the front deckI love my Lucas!! ...just ask me!

I will post some pics shortly, decided to do all my external window & door openings with the lucas in the slow winter months, as well as all the other stuff you have to do to make a living.
The widows & doors cost me $9K just for the louvre frames, louvre glass, fixed glass & doors, timber cost $0 . To buy the timber windows & doors retail would be in excess of 50K
To give you an idea there is 580 louvres in it. Great ventilation in summer!

I am hearing You with those Louvres Inter Pricing for those are through the roof but they are a must have for summer months. All our windows will be louverd with the excetion of Kitchen to outdoor which will be bi fold window aiming for Bi fold doors out the front with gauzed in verandah-deck. Looking forward to your updated pics you blokes
