    Default Marri with a twist

    Whilst cutting heap of marri logs up for flooring, I opened up one log in particular that caught my eye. The result... About 30 square metres of what should be a floor that will bring a living room to life. The iPhone photos don't do it justice

    Nice find Nifty , like coming across Lace in Sheoak .will definitely make a special feature floor.

    Price accordingly and maybe after a while if no one takes it up then it might find it's way home....
    and into a box.... and mailed to Katoomba

    Looks awesome Nev. is that your own wood. Need to give it an unique name like. Or name it after yourself. Got anymore of those logs lying around I am chasing some clean marri.

    Recent to WA and was cutting what I thought was/is marri but someone referred to it as white oak, does anyone from WA know if they are the same thing or look similar
