Mature pine trees for milling
Hi all,
I have approx 680 mature pine trees on my property that we need removed. Does anyone know of a miller in the south west that would be interested in these trees. We have made a few phone calls and have been told that the plantation is either too small for the big mills or too big for the small guys. Maybe a portable miller would be interested? Really need to get them removed as they are too close to our house and are a fire hazard.
Many thanks guys

This time of year would be less than ideal for milling pine. The sap is up and fast drying would be a problem.
