    Default Milling in Summer

    Gents
I have an issue with the milling forum this time of year.

No one does much milling here in Australia due to the heat. So, I am looking towards our forum members who live in the Northern Hemisphere to pick up the slack, do some milling and post some piccys
    Thanks

    whooooaaaa there
I visit here every day or so. Wait, that indicates that I am not busy doing other stuff.

Anyhoo, does that mean that you will be milling all through summer? I hope so, happy days

Gotta get rid of my flab somehow Willy...the irony is,if i mill in winter, alot of the species go moldy because of the rain, and lack of heat ..not sure if there is a 'perfect' season to mill..up in N.Qld,same thing..rains in summer, and again in winter ,and again, mold can be a serious issue..MM

Willy, I was thinking something similar, last week or so the forum has been all but dead - then I remembered most normal people would be having Christmas

Last time I switched the mill on was for that "slabbing on the river" - not for lack of trying, been too many public holidays, damn weekend, then also family visit stuff... DanG!!!

Well I get to make sawdust tomorrow, nothing exciting for you lads, just slicing some boards out of ironbark - gotta pay the bills
I love my Lucas!! ...just ask me!

Xmas is always slow on all the sub-forums but the forums have slowed down some what over the past month anyway. This sub-forum has been surprisingly busy in the last month, which is great to see, even out did the pen sub-forums some days
