    Default Weisyboy's great work

well I have just had Carl out to mill some timber for me. 5 hours later I now have enough to keep me busy for some time.

will post some photos when i get it stacked up - the bits i like the most are the 2 bookmatched quartersawn 3 inch silky oak slabs ~200-250 wide. also the 8 large 2 inch slabs 400 wide and 1600 long.

there is some tallowood that i will make a workbench out of, and a heap of bluegum thats more sentimental than anything else (my dad planted the tree 30 yrs ago).

it wasnt the first time i had seen a lucas mill but its still very impressive. i just wanted to thank Carl publicly as well, I am very pleased with it all, and couldn't recommend him enough to anyone out there.
