I have requested a quote from a tree removal company. If any one interested in the wood please let me know. Can anyone guess what the cost might be?

It will depend on where you are in Sydney and ...
has council and/or RMS (I hope for your sake that RMS doesn't have to be involved) said you can drop the tree onto the footpath or road?
last time I was talking trees with the aborist father on my son's soccer team, chipping a tree added $2000 to a quote.
figure on a day's work by an aborist and at least one, possibly two off-siders.
the final cost will depend on whether the aborist can work in the tree or if they will need a bucket truck or crane to access and drop the higher limbs.regards from Alberta, Canada

looks like all the trunks are leaning away from the building and towards the road . If its a little used road , If there really is plenty of space , go to Bunnings get a cheap chainsaw , rope of the road and just cut them straight through from the up hill building side and they will just drop across the road . Thats what I would do and we have 40 acres of campours many bigger than that one and have chopped down hundreds )
