Yours looks cool bob, mine is primarily so that I can work in my shed during winter, however I am going to make it easily removeable so that I can use it out in the patio area when entertaining.
I noticed during testing that I need to do a few mods to the door hingeing/sealing as I got the odd puff of smoke through the door, I actually think I cut the door a little too high in the keg, but during preliminary testing when I held the chimney pipe to the hole at the top inside of where the flu is it was sucking all of the smoke up the stack so I think that the flu has changed the dynamics of it a bit, but with the flu the couple of bits of messmate I put in there lasted much longer and combusted much slower than it would have without the flu. just need to put some decent door hinges on it I think and a few other little bits and pieces here and there.

Door mods
Travis,
It looks fine to me the door position is good.
Just weld some 20mm wide flat onto the door edge to cover the gap and provide a good seal.
When I was a kid my father made a heater fron a 12 gallon oil drum. It was my duty to get the mallee roots to keep it going every night. I could get most of the drum and all of the chimney to glow red on those freezing winter nights.

We cooked pizzas in the camp oven last night - pics here.
I had a thermocouple to measure the temperature with and noticed that when I put wood into the burner the temperature went up very quickly and down a bit slower so I really need to put a flue on mine as well. The flue will work better if the doors all seal properly so I will rebuild the burner (bottom half ) so that it has the same door sealing as the top part (oven).
