Recommendations - Alaskan Mill 36inch
Hi all
Registered just to ask this question.
My parnter is after a 36" Alaskan Mill for his birthday next week.
Currently Im looking at this: http://www.forestrytools.com.au/index.php?id=703
Anyone had any experience buying from these people?
Any recommendations?
Anyone know if cheaper/better options?
Thanks
Mel

The Alaskan is a good bit of kit. What matter more is the saw you are putting in it. Do you know what they have?

Have an Alaskan 36 myself. Works a treat for me as a hobbyist. And I like the way you are thinking in looking after the bloke.

If you want to buy something Australian look up Westford mills. Good quality but a little more expensive I think.
