Ripping African blackwood slab into boards?
Hello everyone, i've been seriously debating buying a fairly large slab of african blackwood, about 8 cm thick by 20 wide by 130 long.
Before i make a move on it though, i was wondering if there's anyone in Melbourne or a few hours outside who could possibly cut it into 1.5cm thick boards for me as i've only really got hand tools at my disposal at the moment.
Could anyone on here help me out or does anyone know any businesses that could do it?

A decent bandsaw will do it. Try your local Men's shed
