Default Large section Jacaranda available for milling in Brisbane

Includes a straight section of trunk 3m long by 60cm diameter. Probably the only piece worth milling. Located in Chelmer. Large section already on ground.

Are you after someone to mill it for you, give it away, sell it, or just making note you have it

The tree is on a block of land next door to a friend of mine. Removal (chipping and trashing) is already organised. The 3m long main trunk section (which looks sound and knot free and and is actually 4m including a bend on one end) would I reckon definitely be worth slabbing. It is an unusually long section of straight jacaranda trunk at that thickness (60cm plus). My friend and myself would rather see milling happen than the wood go to waste. Hence the offer. Removal of the long section would save the contractor time and money, so there should be no hassles there. Access is fair, but it would be much better for everyone if the trunk section could be simply carted off on a crane truck for milling elsewhere.
