Decided That I am going to save the money at the moment and am going to get a stihl 660 It will be able to run 404 and bigger bars and I think it will be better to get the bigger ccs considering what I plan on doing with it. as I said i would like an 880 but in my circumstance at the moment it would become impracticle by being just too big I think.
In the meantime however I bought a 72cc baumrAg for $165 delivered to my door (curiosity got the better of me, I just had to get one to test it) I will put it through its paces in the near future and will put up an unbiased review on the forum of everything I have found about it. It definetly is not a Stihl or a husky or probably even an Echo for that matter and I have addressed a few issues on it already and have only run it for about 10 minutes, But for a saw that seems to be able to drive the 25" bar on it for about what it cost me for the 25" bar and chains for my stihl I cannot complain. I think it would probably be a good saw for someone who cuts a few tonne of firewood a year and the odd larger bush or tree around the farm or yard, they would probably get several years of service from it, However I am going to be mostly running it on my rail mill, freeing up my stihl for all the other cutting tasks, so I do not expect it to last as long as my stihl, and it may not last long at all.
I do consider it to be a temporary thing, and will be getting myself a brand new ms660 magnum stihl in the not too distant future.

There is a brand new MS660 on Flea Bay at the moment, 30" bar 3 chains, presently at $1200, and anything up to $1600 would be a bargain.
Cheers
