Who can do on site milling in Syndey (North Shore)?
Hello,
Does anyone have any recommendations for some one who can mill a tree in St Ives, Sydney?
Ideally they would be the one removing the tree all together.
My parents are removing a gum tree on their property in St Ives and plan to have it cut down in about 6 weeks time. They have council approval but are still organising its removal. I would like to have the tree slabbed for sentimental reasons.
The tree is a gum tree and suppose to be a Eucalyptus Scoparia (willow gum). (I say "suppose to be" as it looks similar but its height is more like 20m rather than the suggested 12m. _ Sorry don't have any photos to post to help as I am in Newcastle). The main trunk is approximately 1.1 in diameter (3.4m circumference) with the first main fork at about 2.8 m.
thanks
Stoney
